Cancellation Policy

All photos are made to order, printed, and framed by a third-party company. Therefore, once the product is ready, it cannot be returned. If cancellation or exchange is requested on the same day the order is placed, a refund (in the case of cancellation) or exchange for another product will be possible.

The estimated delivery time is 1 week for photos printed on canvas and 2 weeks for photos printed and framed on 100% cotton paper.

Since the entire process is handmade, especially the printing on cotton paper, it may take 2 to 3 days longer to complete the delivery.
